So, Kade hads been a part of our family for a week and a half, it is funny that it seems like he has been around forever. He has such a sweet, content personality. He puts up with his brother and sister like it was nothing and sleeps right through all their chaos. The nights haven't been so bad, the last couple nights he has been getting up only once or twice and he's easily put back to sleep. Tanner and Brynlee are as proud as they could be about their brother. Tanner will come home from school and just sit and hold him while he sings Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Brynlee loves to hold him and comment on "all his dark hair." I think she has been listening in on the conversations going on around her.
We are beginning to make the adjustments to having a new baby in the home... although it is a whole different ball game now that Nana and Bampa flew back to Utah this morning.
I have to put in a bit of a tribute to my mom. Honestly, I do not know how I would have been able to survive the last couple weeks without my mom. She is absolutely amazing. When we had our little surprise and brought home a Kade instead of a Kaylee she was right there on top of things. Helping Greg with the kids while I was in the hospital and getting Kade's things ready for him to come home to. She woke up early in the morning and got Tanner ready for school before I even cracked my eye lids. She ran wash through almost every day, kept my house clean, made dinners, held Kade, played with Bryn and Tan. You name it she did it. She even learned her way around Bentonville and Rogers so she could take the car out by herself and make it back home without getting lost. There is so much that she did for us that I really don't know how to thank her for everything. She was definitley heaven sent. It was so hard to let her go back to Utah. I tried not to think about her leaving, but I was already dreading it at the beginning of the 2nd week. I honestly don't know how I am going to do this without her help. I guess it just comes down to putting one foot in front of the other, and constant prayers. Thank you Mom. We love you so much and had more fun with you here than you can even imagine.

Wow...that really is dark hair! He is a beautiful baby and we are so excited for you. I noticed that he wasn't wearing any pink.... ;)
Oh...by the way, I made those collages in Photoshop.
Your mom said that you were going to post some pictures tonight, so when they left our house tonight I had to check and yeah there was Kade. Oh my gosh, that just makes me baby hungry and Logan's only 3 months old. I wish soooo bad we were their and I could pinch those cheeks like aunts are known to do. Did you get that white and gray striped outfit at Gap? I love putting Logan in stuff like that. We love you guys and miss you tons! Tell the fam hi!
He is so precious. Can you send some of his hair to Brock? The picture of Roger and Kade sleeping is so sweet it made me want to cry.
He's adorable! I love his hair, he's going to need a hair cut by the time he's a month old!! Glad things are going well, and call if you need anything- it's tough when the Mom's leave!
I cannot believe how much hair Kade and Logan have! He is adorable. What a lovely surprise for Tanner. He is such a goofy kid. Miss and love you tons.
